Great video, - really helpful seeing it in front of you, - having gone back to Tweetie because Tweetdeck had too much information and I couldn't work out how to make the groups that I wanted to see, this will help a lot, and I will try tweetdeck again- thanks.

Thanks for creating this video Karen
I found it very helpful. I had been stumbled around looking for a way to highlight the people I wanted to hear from, but getting lost. Now I know the route to take.
I particularly liked the tip about how to add people to a group from their Tweet (even though the software wasn't playing nicely!)
Thanks again, Yvonne

Thanks Alice for your feedback - much appreciated.

I did really try to keep the jargon down to a bare minimum [favs for example is short for favourites rather than anything technical :O) ] so I would be really interested to know what others think.

Is this still too technical?

Or is there anything else you can comment on?

Thanks for your time, Karen

The only problem I have is that because my broadband is so slow, I have to wait until everything has been downloaded and then play the video again! This isn't a bad thing to see it twice, of course, but it does take time. You personally can't do anything about slow broadband connections in the middle of towns and cities (it's such a bind), but I wonder if creating a lower resolution version for afflicted broadband users might be a possibility?

Otherwise a very effective little video that explains succinctly and visually how to use groups in Tweetdeck efficiently for marketing purposes. Lots of jargon though, I wonder how many people will be scratching their heads and thinking 'what was that she said?'... Simple thinks like API (though you did explain that), feed, processing, favs - or are you aiming at a more techie audience?

I like the purple background too!
