It also explained something to me. When I was kid, no even as an adult, whenever I was carrying a lot of stuff to/from the table my dad would say &quot;careful you don&#039;t drop that&quot; and most times I&#039;d end up dropping something. I&#039;d get cross with him and say &quot;it&#039;s your fault you shouldn&#039;t have told me not to&quot;. Now I know why I would drop things - brain screening out the negative ! I think I was also so nervous not to do it that it made it happen.

And you&#039;re so right about using jargon. I talk about teaching sector analysis and assume people know this is like doing a market study but they often have no clue what the word sector means.
