  1. Karen — excellent advice. those tips should really get people brainstorming great ideas for their newsletter content. I know this may sound really bizarre, but companies shouldn’t forget that their clients actually do want to hear about the company’s news also — events the company is attending, whether they’re hiring, recent contract wins. This should *always* be secondary to the value-added content like you describe above, but it shouldn’t be omitted.
