We are at the stage of setting up our business and spending a bit of time with my business partner agreeing &#039;wants&#039; vs &#039;needs&#039; to make money. After reading this, I shall try and tailor our client packages this way too!! Put myself in their shoes.</description>

		<description>This is such a great analogy Karen and boy! do I relate to it!  I have read about needs v wants many time before but I think that you have &#039;nailed it&#039; (sorry, couldn&#039;t resist the overused X Factor phrase) it better than anybody else!

The travel business is so competitive that we really need to give this one serious thought so that we stand out even more!
