  1. Hi Karen, funny your timing on this niche thing as we were at the Frank De Raffele – http://www.linkedin.com/in/frankderaffelejr – Event yesterday put on by BNI. The presentation was on Frank’s 10 Ways to Increase Profits Now!

One of the big takeaways was that businesses have to find 3 niches, a bronze, silver and gold idea in which you specialise in solving peoples problems/pain. The bronze would be your bread & butter type work & then at the other end you would have the gold niche which would be were you are really specialised and make most of your margin/profit.

    Great post…thanks.

That’s a great concept. And if you get your pricing right, you’ll find that you can charge more for your silver package yet make it seem more affordable based on your gold package. Thanks for stopping by Conrad.

Yep….it’s all about perceived value…which doesn’t mean ripping people off!

  2. Hi Karen,

This has recently started to happen to me! People in other Athena networking groups have started to mention me when I am not there and talking about my meditation so it seems that could be an indication of my niche…

Thanks for all the great info as always,
    Bindi x

It’s good to be talked about it, isn’t it?!! And Athena is a great example of how networking can really work. They run some fab events.
